COMPLEET PAKKET VOOR EEN SUCCESVOLLE OPSTARTING

SISMO biedt een compleet pakket om met succes een productiestation op te starten en te laten draaien. Dit pakket omvat hardware, software (sisCAD), training van de lijnoperatoren, training van de sisCAD-ontwerper, training van de ploegbaas van de bouwplaats, testruns voorafgaand aan de verzending en ondersteuning ter plaatse tijdens de installatie van het SPS op de bouwplaats..

Modulaire oplossingen voor een geleidelijke implementatie

Een SISMO-productiestation bestaat uit drie grote componenten: een 1D-, 2D- en 3D-machine. De 3D-machine kan apart worden verkocht als een mobiel toestel (3D mobiel SPS). Deze modulaire aanpak maakt een geleidelijke implementatie mogelijk, zodat de productiecapaciteit van het systeem na verloop van tijd wordt verhoogd. Tijdens het proces biedt SISMO voortdurende ondersteuning en training.

SISMO-PRODUCTIESTATION (SPS)

Een volledig SPS is een productielijn die onafhankelijk functioneert. De productie begint met staaldraadrollen en EPS-blokken die verkrijgbaar zijn in de meeste regionale markten.
