SISMO offers a complete package for the successful start-up and running of a production station. This package includes hardware, software (sisCAD®), training of the line operators, training of the sisCAD® designer, training of the on-site crew leader, pre-shipment test runs and on-site support during the installation of the SPS at its location.

The Sismo Production Station

Modular solutions for gradual implementation

A SISMO Production Station consists of three major components: a 1D, 2D and 3D machine. The 3D machine can be sold separately as a mobile unit (3D Mobile SPS). The modular approach allows a gradual implementation, raising the production capacity of the system over time. During the process SISMO offers continuous support and training.

SISMO Production Station (SPS)

A full SPS is a production line that functions independently. Production starts from steel wire coils and EPS blocks available on most regional markets.
