Over the years SISMO has developed the production lines and the software to produce the SISMO building modules as well as the know-how for their optimal use. SISMO builds and sells the SISMO Production Stations (SPS), the machinery and the technology for the production and application of the SISMO building modules. Local SISMO Production Stations deliver the modules to contractors and building promoters worldwide.
SISMO offers a complete package to ensure the successful start-up and operation of a production station. This package includes hardware, software (sisCAD), training for line operators, training for the designer in sisCAD, on-site training for the team leader, pre-shipment testing, and on-site support during the installation of the SPS.
Thanks to transparent production pricing, the investor and partners have a full understanding of the costs, allowing them to gain a clear perspective on the return on investment before the SPS is launched. By developing a sustainable business model, SISMO creates long-term economic value.
SISMO offers several options for setting up a local factory and is always ready to negotiate a bespoke solution that suits the market, the project requirements, and the partners involved. The investment and production capacity are adjusted to meet the genuine needs of the clients’ projects.
A SISMO Production Station consists of three major components: a 1D, 2D and 3D machine. The 3D machine can be sold separately as a mobile unit (3D Mobile SPS). The modular approach allows a gradual implementation, raising the production capacity of the system over time. During the process SISMO offers continuous support and training.
A full SPS is a production line that functions independently. Production starts from steel wire coils and EPS blocks available on most regional markets.
